A Story of Culinary Art and Heritage of Craft
A Chef, His Wife, and a Shared Dream
Founder of Annamis, Chef Matt, had the privilege of working in some of Europe's most esteemed restaurants. While learning from world’s best chefs, he gained a keen understanding of the finer aspects of dining. The experience is not only about masterfully prepared ingredients; it's a holistic journey encompassing ambiance, service, and presentation — including the subtle but significant role of tableware. When introduced to the art of Vietnamese handmade ceramics by his wife Phương, he knew he had to share it with the world.
