Welcome to Annamis LTD. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (annamis.com) and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• We are not liable for indirect losses or business disruptions caused by website errors, technical issues, or supply chain delays.
• Our liability is limited to providing information and services as stated on our website.

4. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
• For international trade disputes, arbitration may be considered as a method of resolution.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

• All content, product designs, branding, images, and descriptions on our website and marketing materials belong to Annamis LTD.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our products or branding is strictly prohibited.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, pandemics, trade restrictions, customs delays, or supply chain disruptions.

7. Warranty & Liability for B2B Sales

• All sales are final, and products are sold "as is" unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
• Annamis LTD is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of revenue, restaurant closures, or operational disruptions due to delivery delays.

8. Confidentiality & Trade Agreements

• Any pricing, trade agreements, or supplier details provided to distributors, wholesalers, or hospitality groups are confidential.
• Parties must not disclose any trade-sensitive information to competitors or third parties without written consent.

Payments

Upon approval of your purchase order, we will issue and send you an invoice. Payment terms are as follows:

• For orders under GBP 10,000, full payment (100%) is required upon receipt of the invoice.
• For orders over GBP 10,000, a 50% deposit is required upon receipt of the invoice. The remaining 50% is payable after delivery and client inspection of the goods.

We offer flexible payment options, including:

• Credit Card (2% surcharge)
• Bank Transfer in GBP, EUR, USD

Your payment security is of utmost importance to us. All transactions are encrypted and processed through a secure third-party payment provider.

Delivery

Once the required payment (full payment for orders under GBP 10,000, or the 50% deposit for orders over GBP 10,000) is confirmed, production at our factory partners will commence. Production times vary based on order volume and specifications and can range from a few days to several weeks.

• Goods are shipped directly from our factory in Vietnam to the client's location.
• Delivery is initiated once the applicable payment (full payment or the deposit, depending on order value) has been received.
• We strive to ensure that the goods reach our clients efficiently and securely.

Please note that delivery times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and are subject to production schedules.

Annamis Returns & Refunds Policy

At Annamis, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. We understand that sometimes things might not work out. Hence, we offer a straightforward Returns & Refunds Policy.

Cancellation Rights

You can cancel your order within 30 days without specifying a reason. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received the goods or a third party (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, notify us with a clear statement by email at refunds@annamis.com.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned items. We'll refund you through the same payment method used for the purchase, without incurring any fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the goods were bought in the last 30 days and the items are in their original packaging. Non-returnable items include goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized; items which deteriorate quickly or have a passed expiry date; products not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, or that were unsealed after delivery; and goods which become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning Goods

Return shipping is at your expense and risk. Goods should be sent back to us at the address in Hanoi, Vietnam, provided separately unless a different arrangement is made. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service as we're not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.
